Rebecca Muh was brilliant in the pitcher’s circle on Wednesday, as she threw a no-hitter to lead McIntosh Chiefs Varsity past Fayette County 11-0.
McIntosh Chiefs Varsity secured the victory thanks to eight runs in the first inning. McIntosh Chiefs Varsity big bats were led by Muh, Savannah Moore, Abby Terry, Kayla Kinzer, Jessica Dellatore, and Emma Dunlap, all knocking in runs in the inning.
McIntosh Chiefs Varsity opened up scoring in the first inning, when Muh drew a walk, scoring one run.
Muh was the winning pitcher for McIntosh Chiefs Varsity. She lasted five innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out 12 and walking zero.
