Good Morning Chiefs Nation!
My name is Leon D. Hammond, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as the new Athletic Director/Assistant Principal at McIntosh High School this year. I am excited to join this team of veteran administrators, educators, and coaches. I had the opportunity to experience my first Welcome Back to School, McIntosh Orientation, and what an exciting day it was. It was my pleasure to meet some of the young men and women who will walk these halls in a mere three days. I also had the good fortune of having many brief, yet quality conversations with parents and community members. My family and I look forward to becoming apart of the Peachtree City community and supporting all of our young adults here at McIntosh.
I want to send a very special thank you, to Stacey Smith, who has been a huge help during my transition into this new role as Athletic Director during the summer!
